At Treats N Sweets, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality baked goods made to order. Because our products are perishable and custom-made, we have the following refund and replacement policy in place:

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations and full refunds are available up to 3 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

  • After this period, ingredients and preparation may already be underway, and we cannot guarantee a full refund.

Refunds & Replacements

  • We strive to ensure every order meets our quality standards.

  • If you experience a problem with your order (such as an incorrect item, damage, or quality issue), please contact us within 1 day of pickup or delivery.

  • You may be eligible for a replacement or refund, at our discretion, after reviewing the issue.

  • Photos or proof of the problem may be required for verification.

  • Orders not picked up at the scheduled time are non-refundable, as our products are made fresh and cannot be resold.

Response Time

  • Once your concern is submitted, our team will review it and respond within 24 hours to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once items have left our store or have been delivered.

  • Custom or special orders are non-refundable unless there is a verified issue with quality or accuracy.
