1. Introduction

Welcome to Treats N Sweets! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all orders, purchases, and communications made with Treats N Sweets, whether through our website, social media platforms (such as Instagram and Facebook), or in person.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Orders & Payment

  • All baked goods are custom-made to order and require full payment at the time of ordering, unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders can be placed via Instagram direct message, Facebook message, or in person.

  • We accept payments through [insert accepted payment methods—e.g., Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, credit/debit card, or cash].

  • Treats N Sweets reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, if details are incomplete, payment fails, or ingredients are unavailable).

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Cancellations and full refunds are available up to 3 days before the scheduled pickup date.

  • After this window, refunds cannot be guaranteed as preparation and ingredient costs may already have been incurred.

  • Requests for changes (such as design, flavor, or pickup time) must be made at least 3 days prior to pickup and are subject to approval based on availability.

4. Pickup Policy

  • All orders are pickup only at the time and location arranged during ordering.

  • Please arrive on time for your pickup. We are not responsible for items left uncollected beyond the agreed time frame.

  • Once an order has been picked up, Treats N Sweets is not liable for any damage, melting, or spoilage caused by transport or storage conditions.

5. Refunds & Replacements

  • We strive to provide baked goods that meet our quality standards.

  • If there is a problem with your order (e.g., incorrect item, damage, or quality issue), please contact us within 1 day of pickup.

  • You may be eligible for a replacement or refund, at our discretion, after reviewing the issue.

  • We respond to all refund or replacement requests within 24 hours.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted once an item has left our store.

6. Allergies & Dietary Information

  • Treats N Sweets products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and wheat.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order.

  • We cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.

7. Social Media & Photos

  • We love sharing our work! Treats N Sweets reserves the right to photograph completed orders and use those photos for marketing, portfolio, or social media purposes.

  • If you prefer your order not to be shared publicly, please let us know when placing your order.

8. Privacy & Personal Information

  • We respect your privacy. Personal details collected (such as name, contact information, and payment details) are used solely to process your order and communicate with you.

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

  • By communicating with us through Instagram, Facebook, or other platforms, you also agree to their respective privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Treats N Sweets is not responsible for delays or order issues caused by events beyond our control (such as ingredient shortages, extreme weather, or illness).

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. Agreement

By placing an order with Treats N Sweets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
